We believe that mature, profitable, closely held businesses represent a unique asset class where holdings have a proven track record, and tremendous returns are attainable.

PRIVATE CREDIT

Private credit market serves those who require speed, wish to avoid disclosure, or cannot qualify for all requirements of traditional financing. GBC has relationships with many deployment outlets.

REAL ESTATE

GBC offers real estate deals via syndication on a deal-by-deal basis. We also seed certain real estate development when we can obtain an equity return while mitigating downside risk.

CURRENT OFFERINGS

GOOD BULL LENDING, LLC

Good Bull Lending allows direct investment to investors for a simple fixed preferred return based on the lock-up period.

  • Liquid (15 days*) = 5% with < $1M invested, 5.5% for > $1M
  • 6 months = 5.5% with < $1M invested, 6% for >$1M
  • 12 months = 6.5% preferred return
  • 18 months = 7% preferred return
  • 24 months = 8% preferred return

*Investor withdrawal requests from the liquid account option will be honored and distributed within 15 days of signed request

GOOD BULL CAPITAL FUND 2 (COMING SOON)

  • Minimum $100k investment
  • 7% hurdle rate before GP earns performance fee
  • 2% management fee assessed annually
  • 20% performance fee for profits earned above the hurdle
  • Fund 2 receives the highest preferred return of 8% from Good Bull Lending
  • Closed fund format



Private Credit

  • Minimum 25% of Fund 2 invested with Good Bull Lending, receiving highest preferred return offered (currently 8% APR)
  • Leverage LOC established (10:1 expected) against loan allocation to provide strong liquidity atypical of private equity
  • Gap loans and synthetic debt

Real Estate

  • Provide bridge equity between traditional financing and developer equity
