Mature Businesses

GBI believes that mature, profitable, closely-held businesses represent a unique asset class where holdings have a proven track record, and tremendous returns are attainable.

Private Credit

The Private Credit market serves those that require speed, wish to avoid disclosure, or cannot qualify for all requirements of traditional financing. GBI has relationships with deployment outlets for private credit & thus created Good Bull Lending to maximize that opportunity. 

Real Estate

Real Estate has historically provided stable returns. GBI will look to offer real estate deals via syndication on a deal-by-deal basis. Preferred returns, waterfalls, & fees may vary on each deal.

Tina Blake, MBA is the Fund Administrator of Good Bull Investments LP (GBI) and Good Bull Lending LLC (GBL). Prior to GBI/GBL, Tina was a Vice President and Branch Manager for multiple branches with Regional and National Banks in the Houston area. She received multiple Excellence Recognitions and was appointed to the Credit Champion Committee where she provided consumer and business lending leadership to district branches.
